Pro-Finance is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our busy audit team. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from start to finish, leading and mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, including fieldwork and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure audits are delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist with resolving any issues.
  • Contribute to recruitment, HR activities, and team development within the practice.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with (ideally) 1.5 - 2.5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in IFRS, UK GAAP, and complex consolidations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
