Job Description

As an Inventory Control Associate at Gibbs Hybrid, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and managed. This is a 12-month contract position that requires you to work on-site 5 days a week in our Angel office.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Collaborate with the asset hardware team to manage inventory control of laptops and desktops

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management and tracking
  • Asset ownership and hardware expertise
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Triage and resolve requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Experience with Servicenow and inventory control software
  • Understanding of PC and MAC hardware
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • High ticket volume management
