Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Multi-Academy Trust in Brighton and Hove. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic HR guidance and support to schools and the central team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to schools and the central team
  • Collaborate with school leaders and trust leadership to drive HR initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the trust's vision and values
  • Manage a diverse range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment and employee relations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within the education sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
