Property Custodian

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Moda Living Ltd.

The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance, painting, and joinery, as well as excellent communication and team player skills.

You will be responsible for delivering customer service, maintaining communal areas and facilities, performing reactive and proactive maintenance tasks, and carrying out minor joinery, plumbing, and painting works.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently. You will be well-organised, able to problem-solve, and act with integrity.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering customer service and maintaining communal areas and facilities
• Performing reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
• Carrying out minor joinery, plumbing, and painting works
• Conducting planned maintenance, testing systems, and recording results
• Managing waste, including bin rotation and cleaning
• Ensuring health and safety standards, removing trip hazards, and reporting faults
• Rotating furniture, tracking inventory, and performing grounds maintenance
• Preparing apartments for resident move-in/out and amenities for events
• Recording tasks, reporting faults, and managing deliveries
• Replenishing supplies, maintaining records, and delivering Moda service standards
• Responding to resident queries and providing information and solutions
