About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join our award-winning Food and Beverage Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food and Beverage Management Team in ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
- Ensure the department is always ready for service, with a focus on attention to detail and high standards.
- Support the management team in training and coaching other team members.
- Contribute to the organizational structure of the department and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Requirements
We are looking for a sociable, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will have strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Recent experience in a similar Food and Beverage role is desirable.
