As a Care Assistant with us, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's dedicated to supporting our clients in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
We're not just looking for anyone; we need someone who is compassionate, resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of our team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you do need to be able to provide excellent care and support to our clients.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, plus £11.44 per hour for travel time and 45p mileage. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme and eligibility for Blue Light Card, with access to more than 15,000 discounts nationwide.
