About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Workspace Specialist to collaborate with our design team in creating design solutions for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Lead and team throughout the design process, delivering high-quality results.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the design team to create design solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop presentations to effectively communicate designs to clients, highlighting creativity and expertise.
  • Select furniture, materials, and finishes within budget, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to technical design and detailing, enhancing the overall project experience.
  • Provide site support and monitoring where required, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Promote our office culture, initiatives, mentorship, and talent development, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Attend industry events, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices.

 

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, showcasing expertise and skills.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, utilizing software to enhance design capabilities.
  • Familiarity with computer graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, 3-D Modeling Software, MS Office Suite), leveraging technology to improve performance.
  • Strong communication, graphic, and verbal presentation skills, effectively engaging with clients and teams.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with sustainable initiatives (BREEAM / LEED or equivalent), promoting eco-friendly practices.
  • Understanding of construction and furniture costs, managing resources efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of coordinating MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in design and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
