About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of business infrastructure projects and business transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will support UK-wide project execution, integrating project-specific functional project teams to achieve optimal balance between cost, time, and quality on complete infrastructure projects and internal business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management qualification is essential, such as Prince 2 or APMP.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Proven track record of planning and execution of business infrastructure and business transformation projects.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Excellent professional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office 365, particularly Work, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
  • Focused on delivery, a systematic approach, and a passion for success.
