Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents and their families, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, to ensure they receive the best possible training and development opportunities.
  • Recognise and act on signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Role model professional behaviours, adhering to our company's values and standards.
  • Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when necessary, to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
