Fund Accounting Location Strategy Lead

The Fund Accounting Location Strategy Lead is a senior-level position responsible for leading a variety of fund valuation activities. The overall objective of this role is to lead the Fund Accounting Location Strategy program of work, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory processes per jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design of the future operating and location model in Fund Accounting
  • Lead complex business change initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Create process standards to improve operating efficiency and minimize risk
  • Develop a target functional and data model to deliver high-quality services to customers
  • Design and implement a universal approach to tracking efficiency and contribute to the redesign of workflow to improve cost, quality, and speed in service delivery
  • Implement consistent global control frameworks and governance standards for Location Strategy, per jurisdiction
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or a related field
  • Experience in location strategy governance and regulatory processes is advantageous
  • Experience as a project and implementation lead is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree preferred
