Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Valuations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engagements from start to finish, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert valuation advice to clients, including financial reporting purposes, intangible assets, and purchase price allocations.
- Develop and execute robust technical valuation analyses for various purposes, including accounting, tax, commercial, and forensic engagements.
- Deliver clear, concise, and high-quality valuation reports that meet client expectations.
- Manage junior team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
- Contribute to the development of opportunities, identifying areas for growth and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.
- Significant valuation experience at a senior level, gained from a professional services firm.
- Proficiency in various valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, and intangible asset valuation.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand internal and external drivers of value.
- Excellent academic background, including a professional qualification in accountancy or a related financial discipline.
