Why Become a Graduate Merchandising Admin Assistant?

We're looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our Graduate scheme across our Merchandising function within THG Beauty. As a Graduate Merchandising Admin Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to develop key skillsets in an online retail first environment, with real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with buying to maximise commercial opportunities and minimise areas of risk by regularly reviewing performance and trends.
  • Produce monthly stock and sales budgets for the Merchandising department.
  • Forecast demand planning at SKU level where necessary and provide timely and accurate forecasts for the season ahead.
  • Develop and agree activity plans with buying and marketing to achieve sales and profit targets and drive the correct department strategy.
  • Robust management of OTB with phased commitment to increase trading flexibility.
  • Work in close alignment with buying and supply to develop supplier relationships.
  • Analyse supplier delivery performance and work with the buyer and supply to take appropriate action.
  • Evaluate customer and market information to enhance and support department planning.

What Skills and Experience Do I Need?

  • An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong passion for Ecommerce & Digital Marketing, as well as good organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but full support will be provided.
