Cyber Security Operations Manager

Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to lead our IT cyber capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service suppliers, overseeing cyber security in the development lifecycle, and working with colleagues, industry, and regulators to ensure the security of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of cyber security strategies and policies
- Manage and oversee the work of service suppliers to ensure compliance with cyber security standards
- Collaborate with colleagues, industry, and regulators to stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and best practices
- Drive Incident Response activities, including Root Cause Analysis, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our security posture
- Strong track record in management of cyber security (operations or development) in a complex multi-vendor outsourced environment
- Familiarity with security concepts and technologies such as SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Firewalls, Email Gateways, Web Proxies, and Office 365 Protection
- Relevant cyber security certifications, e.g., Good working knowledge of the Microsoft security stack
