Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and providing individualised care and support to our residents.
This is a bank position, which means you will work on a flexible basis to cover annual leave, sick leave, and other absences. Your hours and days will vary, but you can expect to receive competitive pay and a rewards package that includes free learning and development opportunities.
