About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our healthcare services by delivering high-quality educational programs to support the development of our unregistered nursing workforce.

You will collaborate with clinical colleagues to develop and implement T-Level clinical placements, ensuring that our workforce receives the necessary training and support to excel in their roles. Your expertise will help us maintain strong relationships with local colleges and educational institutions, promoting a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs to support the development of our unregistered nursing workforce.
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to develop and implement T-Level clinical placements.
  • Assure that our workforce receives the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local colleges and educational institutions.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Adult/Midwife/Allied professional qualification.
  • Relevant first degree or equivalent.
  • Up-to-date practice assessor training or practice educator training equivalent.
  • Experience working with and supporting clinical staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Barts Health NHS Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
