Clinical Lead Position Summary
The TRCGroup are looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team in a nursing home in Walton-on-Thames. This is a full-time position, working days, with an hourly rate of £24.00.
As the Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain high standards of clinical care and governance. You will be supported by the management team and will ensure residents receive excellent care, meeting their needs through effective nursing and clinical care.
This role is ideal for someone with:
- A strong clinical background and leadership skills.
- Previous management experience or experience leading a small team.
- The ability to make informed clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for promoting best practice and training others.
- A desire to build positive relationships within the team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance.
Required qualifications include:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
You will enjoy working with a supportive team that prioritizes resident care. You will have opportunities to learn and develop your skills with established procedures and processes in place.
