Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Room Leader to join our childcare nursery team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to playroom staff, ensuring excellent care and education for all children.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of playroom staff to deliver high-quality care and education for children.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement educational programs.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of playroom staff, providing coaching and support as needed.
What We Offer:
