About the Job

Hays Careers is seeking an experienced Childcare and Support Officer to join our team in the Cardiff region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people with emotional behaviour disorder and complex needs to promote their well-being and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children aged 6-18 with their emotional and physical needs
  • Implementing personal care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of young people
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including cooking and cleaning duties
  • Providing access to community activities and appointments, including transportation

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
