Classroom Mentor

We are seeking a skilled Education Support Specialist to work with secondary schools in the Fleet area.

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour and enforce school policies
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the class

This role is ideal for individuals with experience as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, or unqualified teachers looking to expand their skills and classroom experience. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available.
