The Isle of Wight Council is recruiting casual staff for their Leisure Centres. We require individuals who can teach new fitness classes, cover holiday and staff absences, and be flexible with working hours. This may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. The availability of hours cannot be guaranteed, and candidates may not be contacted immediately.

You will need to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

A current qualification in exercise to music, Aquafit, or a class-specific qualification like Yoga or Pilates is required. We are looking for staff who can add to our current team, with a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.
