Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

CJC Recruit is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team at their Galashiels site. As a time-served Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical staff and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement work schedules for the electrical team.
  2. Provide guidance and support to electrical staff members.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work.
  4. Interpret design schematics to ensure accurate electrical system installation.
  5. Troubleshoot complex system failures and equipment malfunctions.
  6. Maintain and repair electrical equipment.
