Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Lead to join our IT architecture team. This role demands a deep understanding of cloud services, primarily focusing on Microsoft Azure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets our business objectives and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing innovative cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, aligning with our strategic goals and technical requirements.
  • Managing cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring strategies.
  • Collaborating with IT security to ensure Cloud deployments align with internal security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Optimising cloud spending and ensuring efficient resource utilisation by implementing cost-effective cloud scaling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the area of expertise.
  • Qualification in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.
  • Specific specialism certification(s) in Cloud Architecture.
