Educational Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with our partner schools across Sussex and Surrey. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
In this term-time role, you will work closely with class teachers to support students in their social, emotional, and academic development. You will assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activities, helping students thrive in a classroom environment.
Job Description:
- Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activities
- Work closely with class teachers to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children
- Experience working with children or in a childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
- A flexible and positive attitude
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
