Job Title: Dietitian Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian Specialist to join our team at Hunter AHP Resourcing. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions
• Formulating and implementing care plans
• Providing treatment as necessary
• Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian
• Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours and Contract Duration:
