Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at the South West Acute Hospital's emergency department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist environment and possess strong communication skills. They must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have X5 GCSEs grade A-C including Math and English and be computer literate.

About You:

Our Offer:
  • £11.45 per hour
  • 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
