We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our support team, working closely with a young female customer who requires assistance with her daily life.

Our customer has Global Development Delay and communicates using Makaton and simple words. The ideal candidate will be able to support her independence by working towards her goals and aspirations.

The role involves participating in activities such as walks and swimming with our customer, as well as continuing her support during local day services.

Due to the customer's needs regarding personal care, only female applicants can be considered for this position.

The working hours for this role are 5 days a week, between 10am and 5pm. However, there may be opportunities to work with other customers outside of these times if available.

No prior experience is necessary, as our in-house training team will provide the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver the role confidently.

We are looking for someone with drive and compassion to help our customers live fulfilling lives.
