As an Associate Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with hotel partners, attending regular meetings to understand their needs and expectations, and creating opportunities to build their accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and their account teams.
  • Attend regular meetings at partner hotels to understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to build hotel partners' accounts, including progress meetings and fact-finding/exploratory meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hotel partners' business issues and recommend products, services, and insights that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and/or maintain business.
  • Conduct cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutions and their implications on the organization and its hotel partners.
  • Identify key stakeholders in decision-making for the account and build a working knowledge of products, technologies, and offerings within scope of responsibility.
  • Develop a broad understanding of competitors' standard products and services and the value and application of products, technologies, and offerings.
  • Understand the importance of developing rapport and maintaining ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external hotel partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel partners' key leaders/decision makers and industry trends through internal customer relationship management systems and company tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Current UK driver's license.
  • Account management experience preferred.
