Job Description:

As a Product Development Technologist, you will play a critical role in the success of our business by developing and launching new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate product developments and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Conduct sensory science testing and analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with packaging innovation and design teams to develop innovative and effective packaging solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food/Nutrition Science, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the food industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
