The Planning Team works collaboratively with colleagues across the company to deliver strategic, commercially driven advice to ensure the best possible results for clients. You will gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects, helping develop your knowledge and skills, and become a confident and competent planner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of feasibility studies and site appraisals to assess development potential.
  • Assist with the preparation and progression of planning applications.
  • Liaise with Local Planning Authorities, multi-disciplinary external consultants and clients.
  • Devise effective stakeholder engagement strategies and attend public consultations.
  • Assist with making representations on emerging planning policy.
  • Provide planning appeal assistance.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Degree – A combined RTPI accredited qualification, or 'spatial' and 'specialist' RTPI accredited qualifications.
  • Interest in planning and the property industry.
  • Ability to connect with others easily and build strong relationships.
  • Curious mindset to learn and grow with the company.

Estimated compensation for this position is: £32,000

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
