Employment Law Specialist Role

We are seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join our team on the claimant side. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work with a variety of clients and cases.

About the Job
  • This role involves handling a caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, settlement agreements, and disciplinary hearings.

You will be working closely with clients to gather information, explain legal matters, and build strong relationships. Your expertise will help individuals navigate complex employment law issues.

Requirements
  • A minimum of six months' experience as a trainee in employment law matters, preferably on the claimant side, at a leading regional or national practice.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background working with trade unions, although this is not a requirement.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts.
  • Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500, which is competitive for a senior position in the industry.
