Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a community school for students with autism.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality support services to students with complex needs
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- To participate in ongoing professional development and training
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Education or related field, or equivalent teaching assistant qualification
- Experience working with students with autism and other special educational needs (SEN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remuneration Package
The successful applicant will receive a salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, along with benefits including enhanced DBS and pension scheme.
