We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Systems Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Eurofighter Typhoon Avionics Joint Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of system-level functional Avionic design and partitioning across multiple sub-systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in requirements capture and management. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

You will also be responsible for coordinating safety assessments and technical evaluations to identify potential hazards and solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of system-level functional Avionic design and partitioning
  • Capture and manage customer requirements
  • Coordinate safety assessments and technical evaluations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong systems engineering background
  • Experience in requirements capture and management
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: £47,683 - £52,426 per annum
