The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis, supporting students in their academic journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group support under lecturer direction, assisting with the development of learners' literacy and numeracy skills, and coordinating learners' work, record keeping, and progress through liaison with lecturing and support staff.

About You

We are looking for an individual with Maths and English GCSEs (A-C Grade or equivalent), experience of working with young people in a similar job role, and knowledge and understanding of the needs of students with additional learning needs/learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
