We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join our 24x7 Technical Support Team at Exclusive Networks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our portfolio of network security products.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to technical problems and resolve issues related to security products or escalate to senior engineers as necessary.
- Create customer technical environments in our lab and recreate problems to ensure accurate troubleshooting.
- Clearly and concisely document and manage support work in our case management system.
- Manage the hardware replacement process, working to strict deadlines and ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
- Develop and maintain certification on our security products through our in-house training courses and self-learning.
- Work on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 cover, with the majority of shifts taking place during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30).
- Previous experience as a 1st Line Engineer (1 year+)
- Networking related certification (CCNA, CompTIA, N+, etc.) or IT/Cyber Security related degree
- Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work as part of a team and proactively manage workload to meet deadlines
- Keen interest in continued development and proactive approach to gaining and maintaining certifications
