Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electric Vehicle Installation Specialist to join our Operations team at Pod Point. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points within your local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers about the benefits of electric vehicles and provide exceptional customer service during installations.
  • Proactively manage stock levels, ordering, replenishing, and returning equipment in a timely manner.
  • Work productively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to Pod Point's Health and Safety standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Environmentally conscious with a passion for sustainability.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • C&G Inspection and Testing (desirable).
