Business Process Improvement Specialist

As a key player in our Finance Transformation team, you'll help shape the future of finance within our organisation. We're seeking a talented Continuous Improvement & Automations Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead process improvements and automate finance operations using Microsoft tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Document and design both current and future processes to drive transformation.
- Help shape internal targets and control systems for automation projects.
- Collaborate across teams to identify new areas for automation and improvement.
- Experience in delivering automation solutions and an ability to influence change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Competitive salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience).
