Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Oxford Ardington is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Our warm and friendly team is committed to providing a nurturing environment for children to thrive. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Practitioner to join our team, working 10 hours per week, split between Wednesday and Thursday.

About the Role

As a SEN Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our children, including those with special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and providing developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements.
