About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Support Professional. As a key member of our teaching team, you will provide essential support to teachers and students, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to support students with SEND needs, working closely with our SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and teaching staff to develop tailored plans and strategies to meet individual needs.

You will also contribute to whole-school SEND initiatives, promoting inclusion and diversity across the school community.

Requirements and Benefits
  • Good English and Maths skills
  • Experience working with children with SEND

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits include a local government pension scheme with up to 19% employer contributions, discounted gym membership, and a cycle to work scheme.
