Employment Solicitor Role Overview
QED Legal is seeking a highly experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our employment law team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of employment-related matters, including employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of employment-related cases, including employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE transfers
- Defend complex employment tribunals from various sectors, including finance, recruitment, energy, education, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing
- Provide supervisory support to junior team members
