Job Title: Senior Commercial Gas Contract Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Gas Contract Specialist to join our team at Nova Artes Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Commercial Gas Service and Maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services while adhering to strict regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Oversee and assist the team of contract coordinators to meet service delivery demands and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely and efficient responses to maintain high levels of service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Identify work streams and prioritize workload to ensure it is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Support the Field Operations manager in managing the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the service delivery process.

• Provide analysis and reporting information to support management of all business areas.

• Maintain accurate and effective files and records, including the use of our job management system.

• Adopt and apply the company escalation processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

• Manage their own work and jobs, delivering to high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company in client meetings and provide information to ensure correct staffing levels are achieved.
