Vessel Operations Lead Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Vessel Operations Lead to oversee the management and continuous improvement of all hotel and crew facilities across our global fleet.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure that all facilities meet brand expectations and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale maintenance projects, managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with shipboard teams and shore-based departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain vessel condition reports to track the fleet's overall condition and align it with company objectives.

About This Role:

  • This role requires proven experience in hotel operations or facilities management, ideally within the maritime or hospitality industries.
  • You should possess expertise in hotel-related facilities such as furniture, fixtures, soft furnishings, and operational equipment.
  • You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, shipboard teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale maintenance projects with precision is essential.
