Job Summary:
FINTEC recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Well-being Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of health and safety across our business and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our safety management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Advise personnel on health and safety matters, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe working environment.
- Compile and maintain accurate safety reports and documentation, including incident reports and risk assessments.
- Lead a safety committee group and subgroups, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance health and safety awareness and skills among employees.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Health and Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety Management role is essential
