About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our Civil, Structural and Architectural (CS&A) team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects, including developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including architecture and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
