Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for representing Hornetsecurity as our partner base's central point of contact and providing excellent customer service to empower our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any gaps.
  • Collaborate with our product and technical teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the IT security industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including software licensing and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
