About the Role

The Operations Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations, as well as other user's installations. This will involve efficiently diagnosing and implementing all reactive maintenance work, as well as participating in a scheduled on-call system and assisting with breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations / Other user's installations
  • Efficiently diagnose & implement all reactive maintenance work on installations / Other user's installations
  • Participate in a scheduled on-call system and assist with breakdowns

Requirements

  • Minimum, ONC, NVQ Level II or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Mechanical / electrical engineering, motor vehicle studies or equivalent.
  • To be a competent time served technician, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' industrial mechanical / electrical experience.
  • To be a competent technician with considerable skills and in-depth knowledge of gas/diesel engines.
  • To hold a full, valid driving licence.
