About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to join our team at MMR Research Worldwide LTD. As a key member of our Conversational AI team, you will be responsible for championing the adoption of Conversational AI across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Product Manager to identify regional opportunities and barriers for Conversational AI.
  • Develop tailored training programs for our research teams to maximize their utilization of the CAI toolkit.
  • Connect directly with project objectives and provide guidance on the design of questions and AI levers.
  • Set up Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects from end-to-end, ensuring streamlined delivery and providing a final data report.
  • Provide integrated analysis support through uploading data to relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
  • Support with storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Researcher.
  • Able to set up and script projects from end-to-end.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate well with in-market teams to maximize their utilization of the CAI toolkit.
  • Be inquisitive and a critical thinker, looking for best practices in all projects and methods.
