LSH Auto is seeking an Automotive Components Specialist to drive our success in Birmingham. This key role ensures trade customers receive the right parts at the right time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage trade parts orders and customer enquiries
  • Provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups
  • Assist with technical product inquiries and recommendations
  • Handle the processing and return of trade parts
  • Maintain the trade parts catalogue and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective supply chain operations
  • Build and nurture relationships with trade customers
Requirements:
  • Experience in a trade parts role within the automotive field
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing
  • Familiarity with computer systems and parts catalogues
  • Full UK driving licence
Benefits:

Competitive salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
