Regional Sales Growth Manager

**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Refuel Talent seeks a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee regional sales growth within the UK Retail Fuels sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory, implementing sales strategies to drive growth, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective Dealer customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve KPI growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property agents and brokers
- Conduct market analysis and financial modeling to inform sales decisions
- Negotiate and close contracts with Dealers
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and CRM system updates
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the UK Retail Fuels sector and its dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer:
A competitive salary of **£60,000 - £80,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
