Job Description- Provide personal care and support to clients in line with their care plan.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families, offering empathy and support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the Field and Office Teams.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery.
- Ensure client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on our staff.
Requirements- Current right to work in the UK.
- Possession of a UK or EU driving license is required.
- Have or be willing to obtain class 1 business insurance for your vehicle.
- Fully flexible with hours of availability, including early mornings or evenings and alternative weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
