Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a specific customer portfolio, ensuring that data and information is correct and that customer needs and requests are met in line with company ethos. This will involve liaising with the Supply Chain Team and Product Manager, as well as the Pricing and Data Management team to ensure accurate pricing via the use of ERP/CRM systems.

Key responsibilities
• Manage customer communication and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team and Product Manager to ensure customer needs are met
• Work closely with the Pricing and Data Management team to ensure accurate pricing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement

What you'll need to succeed
This position requires a high degree of proficiency in organizational skills, with the ability to handle detailed information and process it in a timely manner. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to solve customer problems in a changing environment, and make sound business decisions that support customer requirements.
